Overseers are volunteers who annually check the signs in their given regions. The findings are reported to Headquarters. The sign property owner is then contacted by Headquarters and arrangements made how to handle the given situation. We appreciate these volunteers who make these annual contacts and also collect the testimonites from the sign property owers.
